Taylor-Momsen

Taylor Momsen hails from St. Louis Missouri and is a American model, singer-songwriter and actress. The most famous of her roles is her part as Jenny Humphrey on the CW show Gossip Girl and as the lead singer of rock band The Pretty Reckless. Momsen's music has been featured in TV and films such as How to Be Single Going the Distance, and Two and a Half Men. Taylor Momsen has one younger sister named Sloane Momsen. Taylor Momsen was a student at the Center of Creative Arts, St. Louis. Three years ago, she began her acting career professionally with a Shake and Bake commercial. Momsen was on hiatus in her career for three years, before being selected as the main character in Misconceptions, a WB television series. Momsen was also in Saving Shiloh, a 2006 movie. She auditioned as well for the role of Hannah Montana's title character Hannah Montana and was in the top three but the part was awarded to Miley Cyrus.
