Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. She began participating in fitness shows at the age of sixteen after having ended her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. Then she received her Pro Card in the year following when she was 17 years old. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and an athlete sponsored by IFBB. Ariel Khadr started her fitness career at age 16, when she gave up her gymnastics. One year later at 17, she won her pro card. She was the youngest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel had to take six years off from the stage after earning her Professional Card in order to finish her university studies. Following her completion of college Ariel came back in the year 2015. The show continued in the same way she left off in previous events, such as those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She competed for several more seasons, setting new goals each year. In 2009 she won the titles of four other fitness contests. In 2009 she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. This made her among the young IFBB Fitness Pro (age 17) to ever win a title. Following the Pro Card's award, Ariel went on a hiatus of six years from competitive sports to get her college degree. She made a comeback in October 2015 to compete in her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. She finished 3rd. In the summer of 2016, she took home the title of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and was thus invited to the Fitness Olympia. After three months, she appeared on stage for the Olympia to place 6th in Fitness Division. Ariel was thrilled to have achieved 6th place in the Fitness division despite not having any expectations. Ariel competed against some of the most elite athletes. Ariel keeps impressing with new improvements to her physique every year. Ariel enjoys working her back. Her typical back workout consists of bent rows with single lat pull-downs with one arm using a machine, pull-ups and seated rows. Ariel usually starts warming up then moves on to the working sets. Additionally, Ariel is known to make use of her time in the most efficient way can be. Supersetting all of the back exercises into three to four 10-12 rep supersets is the way she works.
