Annmarie Fairweather has been the HR Chief for Learning Ally since 2008. She is responsible for all of our processes for people, management of people and Talent Management as well as Culture Development. Annmarie Fairweather is a seasoned Human Resources leader, brings 30 years of expertise on the table. She's worked with leaders across a variety of sectors, helping them to improve their businesses, particularly in times of high development. Annmarie is a respected advisor who has helped translate enterprise goals and strategies to business and people strategy through the management of change and engagement for employees. She believes that learning is the primary aspect of leading. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies and small to midsize companies, building leaders, and coaching them to achieve demonstrated results. The experience has helped to create organizations that were characterized by innovative learning practices and the capacity to adapt. As Annmarie continues to dedicate her time and talent in supporting the Learning Ally mission, she is currently providing support for a variety of non-profit organisations in her spare time. In the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee Annmarie has devoted the time and energy she has in support of Learning Ally's work.
